All intellectual property rights in the KKL website’s content remain with KKL or applicable third-party owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:Refunds are applicable only for canceled shipments or failed pickups due to KKL's fault. Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Incorrect information provided by the customer.
    • Packages deemed prohibited under our shipping guidelines.
  2. Process for Refunds:
    • Customers must submit a refund request within 7 days of the incident.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon approval.
  3. Exclusions:Refunds will not include additional charges incurred, such as customs fees or surcharges.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    • Customers may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund of service fees.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  2. KKL-Initiated Cancellations:
    • If KKL cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The content of the KKL website is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice in London. KKL reserves the right to pursue legal action in any jurisdiction deemed appropriate.

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page. Please check periodically to stay informed about changes.

General

These Terms of Use supersede all prior agreements and discussions related to the KKL website. No party shall have rights against KKL arising from prior communications regarding the website.
